Hon. Dr. Hanna Louisa Bissiw was born in Techimantia in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana on 23 July 1972.

Education

Hanna Louisa Bissiw received her primary education at the Local Authority Roman Catholic School at Techimentia and later continued her education at the Kumasi Girls' Secondary School, where she obtained her Ordinary Level Certificate (O'Level). She later acquired a scholarship during Rawling’s regime to study in DVM, Agrarian University of Havana, Cuba in 1999 where she studied Veterinary Medicine.

The lavish event was dubbed a "mega party," and Hanna Bissiw attributed the expensive gift to her wealthy husband. These allegations only added to the public scrutiny surrounding her financial affairs.
