Daryl Dike

Daryl Dike was born on June 3, 2000, in Edmond, Oklahoma, USA. He grew up in a family with strong Nigerian roots and was inspired by his older siblings who also played soccer. His brother, Bright Dike, played professionally, and his sister, Courtney Dike, played for the Nigerian national team at the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.

In August 2018, Daryl Dike began his college soccer career at the University of Virginia. During his time there, he played two seasons with the Virginia Cavaliers men's soccer team.
