Toyin Abraham

Toyin Abraham was born on September 5, 1982, in Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria. However, she spent her early life in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State. She attended St Anne's School Ibadan for her secondary education, after completing her elementary education at Oba Kenzo Nursery and Primary School in Benin. Toyin pursued further education at Iree Polytechnic in Osun State, where she obtained a national diploma in Business Studies. She then pursued a Higher National Diploma in Marketing at The Polytechnic, Ibadan.

Toyin Abraham's acting career began in 2003 when she secured her debut role in the movie "Dugbe Dugbe nbo" after being discovered by Bukky Wright during an audition in Ibadan. Since then, she has appeared in numerous films, earning accolades for her exceptional performances. Some notable movies she has starred in include "Okafor's Law," "The Ghost and the Tout," "Kasanova," and "Fate of Alakada."

Toyin Abraham's contributions to the Nigerian film industry have been widely recognized. She has received several awards, including Best Supporting Actress at the Best of Nollywood Awards, Best Female Act at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards (NEA), and Best Supporting Actress at the Five Continents International Film Festival. Notably, she won the Best Actress in a Drama award at the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards in 2020.

In addition to her acting prowess, Toyin Abraham has ventured into entrepreneurship. She founded Toyin Herbal, a company that produces herbal medicines. Recognizing the importance of traditional medicine in addressing fertility issues, she created the Female Fertility Booster (FFB), a product aimed at assisting women in conceiving and bearing children. Toyin also owns Avila Naturalle, a brand that offers black soaps and other skincare products, promoting healthy and radiant skin.
