Samuel Ayeh-Paye is a Ghanaian politician who represents the Ayensuano Constituency.
Samuel was born on Thursday, 17 May 1973 and he hails from Aburi, Eastern Region of Ghana.
He graduated with an HND from Accra Polytechnic, which is now Accra Technical University, in Accra, Ghana. Additionally, he completed an MVM program at the Accra Technical Training Center (ATTC) in Ghana and received a credential from the Indian Institute of Management Studies in India.
He served as the Accra Metropolitan Assembly's transport manager for the Waste Management Department from 1999 to 2000.From 2003 to 2005, he worked with Ghana's Metro Mass Transit as a workshop manager. From 2005 to 2008, he worked at the DVLA in Ghana as an assistant technical manager.
He served as a legislator from 2009 to 2021, serving in the 4th Republic's 5th, 6th, and 7th parliaments. He has spoken in Parliament on the need for better road safety measures as a former DVLA official.
In March 2017, he demanded that the Council of State be replaced by an elected Upper Chamber.
