Samuel Awuku

Sammi is the last child born to his parents and the lone son among four sisters. In Ghana's Eastern Region, in Koforidua, he was nurtured and born.

He was the Deputy Communications Director, National Youth Organizer and the National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP)

He serves as the National Youth Employment Agency's (YEA) board chairman. He was appointed the National Lottery Authority's Director General in 2021.

Sammi attended Nana Kwaku Boateng Experimental School for his elementary education. He completed his secondary education at St. Augustine's College in Cape Coast before going on to the University of Ghana in Legon to study political science and psychology. Sammi has a diploma in law from the University of London and is presently enrolled in the Free University of Berlin in Germany to work on a master's degree in international relations. In addition, he holds an Executive Education Certificate in Public Leadership from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in the United States and a Diploma of Higher Education in Law from the University of London. He has Postgraduate Certificates in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and the Ghana Institute of Marketing and Public Relations, respectively.

He served as Director of Strategy and Innovation at April-June Company Limited in Accra from 2010 to 2021. He is currently a Director at the Brain Hill International School. He has served on the Accra City Hotel's board since 2017.He served three years as the International Young Democrats Union's (IYDU) vice chairman.It is an organization that brings together the youth wings of conservative parties from around the world.
