Early life and education


H e was born in 1976 and holds a B.Sc. degree in tourism from the University of Cape Coast, an LL.B. from the University of Ghana, and is a qualified Barrister-at-Law from the Ghana School of Law.

Before becoming an MP, Dafeamekpor worked as a Senior Associate at the Hayibor, Djarbeng and Company law firm in Kokomlemle, Accra.

He initially entered parliament in 2016, winning the seat with 71.44% of the votes, and in the 2020 election, he retained it with a reduced majority of 1.26%, receiving 72.7% of the total votes cast.
