Reginald Yates

Reggie Yates, was born on 31 May 1983 in North London. At a tender age of 8, Reggie Yates made his foray into acting when he was cast in the sitcom Desmonds. This early opportunity set the stage for his subsequent ventures in the world of television. He later went on to appear in long-running soap opera Family Affairs and the cult children's drama Grange Hill, showcasing his versatility as an actor.

In addition to his acting endeavors, Yates began to build a successful career as a presenter. He co-hosted children's shows such as Diggit and Smile alongside Fearne Cotton, showcasing his ability to connect with young audiences. This led to numerous other presenting roles on channels like CBBC, BBC Three, and MTV. Even on iconic music program Top of the Pops, Yates shared his memorable experience of interviewing Sting during his debut show at just 18 years old.
