Regina Daniels was born on October 10, 2000 and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, before moving to Asaba, Delta State, with her family. Her mother, Rita Daniels, who is also an actress and film producer, played a crucial role in supporting Regina's passion for acting. Growing up, Regina idolized Academy Award-winning actress Angelina Jolie and was inspired to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She attended the Hollywood International School before enrolling in Mass Communication at Igbinedion University.

Her first significant role was in the movie "Marriage of Sorrow," which earned her 10,000 Nigerian Naira.
