Early life and education

Nwokoye, born into a Catholic family in Lagos State but originally from Ovim in Isuikwuato Local Government of Abia State, Nigeria, pursued her education at Air Force primary school, Queen's College in Enugu, and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, studying sociology and anthropology, while harboring a childhood dream of becoming a lawyer, and she also participated and won in various pageants during her university years.
