During her three seasons with Ampem Darkoa Ladies, she became a force to be reckoned with, winning two Women's League titles and two Super League trophies.
Notably, FK Spartak Subotica in Serbia recognized Okyere's talent and invited her to join their ranks. Her time with Spartak Subotica proved immensely successful as she clinched the Super League and Serbian League titles. Subsequently, Okyere's journey took her to Madrid, Spain, where she joined Rayo Vallecano Femenino, showcasing her skills on the Spanish football stage.
