Peter Mac Manu is a Ghanaian politician who served as the National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party and the Campaign Manager for the 2016 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections. He is also the Honorary Chairman of the Democrat Union of Africa.

Mac Manu graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Ghana's School of Administration. Later, he worked as an entrepreneur and businessman, founding and leading a number of businesses. Mac Manu led the NPP in Ghana's Western Region prior to being chosen as national chairman.
