Early life and education

Patrick, from Obuasi, Ashanti region, was born on 2 November 1976. He completed his education, including BECE and SCI, and received a bachelor's degree in Human Biology in 2000. In 2003, he obtained his MBChB in General Medical Practitioner and is currently a student at KNUST in the School of Medical Science.

Political career

Patrick is a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and currently serves as the Member of Parliament for the Obuasi East Constituency in the Ashanti region.

He successfully reclaimed the parliamentary seat once more in the 2020 Ghana general elections, receiving 27,583 votes. His opponent, Samuel Aboagye from the NDC party, managed to secure 14,786 votes.

Patrick serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Health Committee. He is also a member of the Government Assurance Committee and the Works and Housing Committee.

Philanthropy

Patrick donated approximately 20 beds to four hospitals in the Obuasi East Constituency. In August 2022, he generously provided popcorn machines, deep freezers, fufu pounding machines, and several bags of charcoal to individuals with disabilities (PWDs) in the Obuasi East District.
