Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele was born on 5 January 1985 He was born and raised in a polygamous family of 25 in Ajegunle as the third child of his mother. He is from the North Warri Itsekiri tribe in Delta State.

He briefly attended Mayday Secondary School in Ikoyi before transferring to Tolu Primary School in Ajegunle since his parents couldn't afford the expensive tuition in the posh area of Ikoyi. Army Children School is where he finished his elementary schooling. After graduating from Randle Secondary School, he applied to Delta State University in Abraka to study law, but he left to focus on his music career.
