Olamide Gbenga Adedeji is a Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter, and record executive.
Olamide Gbenga Adedeji was born in Modimosan, Ogun State. He is the second of Pa Adedeji's three children with his second wife, Ronke Osisanya Adedeji. Olamide's two siblings are TemmyGold and Eniola Olamilekan (commonly known as DJ Enimoney).
In 2010, Olamide launched his career by releasing "Eni Duro," his first song. He gave a performance at The Hip Hop World Awards the same year. He attended Tai Solarin University to study mass communication but left early due to financial issues.

Rapsodi, Olamide's debut album, was published in 2011. The album's debut single, "Omo To Shan," was a hit on various Lagos radio stations and in other parts of Nigeria. Olamide's first release paved the way for numerous artist collaborations, including those with Wizkid, ID Cabasa, 9ice, Reminisce, and D'banj.
