From 1999 to 2004, Samuel Ofori Amponsah collaborated with Daddy Lumba, and his career took off in 2000 with the release of his first album "Asew"; in 2005, his single "Otoolege" brought him recognition and won multiple awards at the Ghana Music Awards; in 2013, he briefly transitioned to gospel music before returning to secular music and releasing the album "Songs of Solomon" in 2015; since then, he has continued to release singles and collaborate with other artists.
