South African rapper Nasty C, whose real name is David Maviyo Ngcobo, faced early challenges with the passing of his mother in a car accident when he was 11 months old. Raised by his father, he was influenced by his older brother to pursue a career in music, leading him to release his debut mixtape at the age of 14. He gained significant recognition with his debut album "Bad Hair" and subsequent releases, signing deals with Universal Music and Def Jam Records, and releasing his third studio album "Zulu Man with Some Power."
