Early life
Michel, born in Cantonments near Accra, Ghana, grew up in the city with his Lebanese father and Ghanaian mother. He attended St. Theresa's Primary School and later the Mfantsipim School, where he was actively involved in theater and received a Best Actor Award during a performance on Emancipation Day in Cape Coast.

Career
Michel's acting career began when he auditioned for a modeling agency, thanks to a neighbor's introduction. He gained recognition for his role in the TV series Things We Do for Love, leading to his first movie role in Divine Love, which established him, along with Jackie Agyemang and Van Vicker, as popular figures in Ghana. Michel later starred in the film Agony of the Christ, which received numerous nominations, and he has shared his strict boundaries regarding on-screen intimacy due to his religious beliefs.
