Before becoming an artist manager, Bullgod had a successful career as a rapper. He established Bullhaus Entertainment in 2003 and serves as its founder and CEO. Bullhaus Entertainment is registered as an artist management organization. He has worked with Ghanaian artists including Shatta Wale, Koo Ntakra, Bertha (Yaa Yaa), Natural Face, Iwan, Rudebowy Ranking, Vanilla, and 5Five.

Bulldog has had a significant impact on the Ghanaian music industry through his work as an artist manager and talent agent. He played a crucial role in the rise of Shatta Wale, helping to shape his career and establish him as one of the most successful and influential musicians in Ghana.

Bulldog's professional life has not been free of controversies. He has a reputation for speaking his mind, and he frequently engages in heated public debates with other musicians and business leaders. Following remarks he made on a television program that were interpreted as a threat against the President of Ghana, he was detained by the Ghana Police Service in 2018. He was later released without being charged, though.

When his daughter referred to him as "Bullgod" in August 2020, he changed his name from "Bulldog" to "Bullgod." Additionally, he disclosed that his old name, "Bulldog," meant "Bull Depends on God."

In addition to his work as a talent manager, Bulldog has also been involved in the entertainment industry as a pundit and television personality. He has appeared on various television shows in Ghana, offering his opinions and insights on music and entertainment-related topics.
