Kwame Twumasi Ampofo is a Ghanaian Member of Parliament representing the Sene West Constituency in the Eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana.
Ampofo was born on March 6, 1968, in Kwame Danso, a town in Ghana's Bono East Region. He earned a BSC in Business Management from Essex County College, NJ, USA, in 2005.
Ampofo served as the Managing Director at Premier Pharmaceuticals and Assistant Managing Director at Ghana Oil Premier Pharmaceuticals before becoming a Member of Parliament for the Sene West Constituency.
He won the 2012 Ghanaian general election as the Member of Parliament for Sene West Constituency with 64.14% of the vote.
