Kwame Addo-Kufuor is a Ghanaian politician and physician who served as the Minister for Defence and later as the Minister for Interior under President John Kufuor, his brother.
He received his degree from Cambridge University. He graduated from the institution with a bachelor's degree in medicine. Along with Jesus College, he also attended classes at the Middlesex Medical School Hospital.
Addo-Kufuor is a New Patriotic Party member. After winning the general election in December 1996, he was elected to parliament in January 1997. In the fourth parliament of the fourth Republic of Ghana, he was re-elected to serve as the representative for the Manhyia constituency.
