At the age of 17, he established Shooting Stars FC and served as the Director of the Jawara Babies Colt Club, later pursuing a career in sports journalism, working as a presenter and sports presenter for various radio stations, and holding positions in sports marketing and management, including Communications and Marketing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, administrative manager of Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), and general manager of Wassaman.

He obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Ghana, underwent journalism training at the Ghana Institute of Journalism, earned an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and received additional education in marketing, hospitality, and tourism management while in the UK.
