Kofi Ahenkorah Marfo was born on the 26th of April, 1968, in Akim Bieni, a town in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
His early education journey began with the completion of his Junior Secondary School Certificate in 1981, followed by obtaining his GCE O-Level qualification in 1986. Eager to further his education, Marfo pursued additional qualifications, including a Proficiency Certificate in Custom House Agency in 2000, an Executive Certificate in 2013, and finally, an Executive Masters in Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) in 2014.
In his professional life, Marfo established himself as a dedicated and accomplished individual. He served as the Managing Director of KAM-G Services Ltd and KAMPHA Logistics Ltd, where he showcased his leadership and management skills, preparing him for a future in public service.
Kofi Ahenkorah Marfo's political career is closely associated with the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He has been a steadfast member of the party and currently represents the Achiase Constituency in the Eastern Region in the Eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana. In the 2020 Ghana general elections, he secured his parliamentary seat with a resounding victory, earning 14,796 votes, which accounted for 61.16% of the total votes cast.
In his role as a Member of Parliament, Kofi Ahenkorah Marfo actively participates in key parliamentary committees. He is a member of the Privileges Committee, as well as the Roads and Transport Committee, contributing to the development of vital infrastructure and transportation projects in Ghana.
