Early life and Education

Gyedu, born on November 29, 1969, originates from Sefwi Anhiawuso, a town located in the western region of Ghana.[6] He obtained an MBA in finance from the University of Leister in the United Kingdom and obtained his CA certification in Ghana. Additionally, he completed his BA in economics at the University of Ghana, Legon.

Gyedu worked as a financial analyst with USAID. Subsequently, he held the position of Finance Manager at Bat West Africa Area between 2005 and 2007. Following that, from 2007 until 2012, he served as the executive director at Kingsag Associates Limited.

After receiving 33,145 votes, which made up 51.80% of the total valid votes in the Bibiani-Anwiaso-Bekwai constituency of the Western Region of Ghana, Gyedu emerged as the winner. Consequently, he was appointed to serve on two committees, namely the land and forestry committee as well as the public accounts committee.
