He then attended the Ghana School of Law, where he earned his Barrister of Law (BL) qualification in 1989. His commitment to lifelong learning saw him acquire an Executive Master's degree in Governance and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in 2007.

His career reached new heights when he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), a political appointment during the tenure of former President John Agyekum Kufour.
