Joseph Nikpe Bukari is a Ghanaian politician and a Member of Parliament representing the Saboba Constituency in the Northern Region.
Born on October 3, 1969, in Saboba, Northern Region, Ghana, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Education degree in Technology from the University of Education, Winneba in 2006.
Joseph was initially elected as a Member of Parliament for the Saboba constituency in Ghana during the 2008 general election, securing 49.58% of the votes. He was reelected in 2012 with 51.09% of the votes but lost to Charles Binipom Bintin of the New Patriotic Party in the 2016 election.
Bukari, an educationist, served as the District Training Officer with the Ghana Education Service in Saboba before becoming a Member of Parliament from 2009 to 2013 and joining the Employment, Social Warfare, and State House Committee.
