Joseph Betino is a Ghanaian politician representing Suaman Constituency in the Western North Region in the Eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana as a member of the National Democratic Congress.
Born on August 27, 1966, in Nandom, Betino completed his A-level education in 1990.
Betino previously served as the District Chief Executive for Suaman Constituency, and he secured the NDC candidacy for the December 2020 election by winning the party's primary with 51.2% of the total vote, amassing 8900 votes.
He is a member of parliament's Standing Order Committee and the Food, Agriculture, and Cocoa Affairs Committee.
