John Abdulai Jinapor is a Ghanaian politician, former Ghanaian Minister of State, and Member of Parliament for the Yapei-Kusawgu constituency.
Jinapor attended Ghana Senior High School in Tamale and holds a bachelor's degree from the University for Development Studies, a master's degree in marketing from the University of Ghana, a postgraduate diploma in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London in 2015, a master's degree in Development Finance from the University of Ghana in 2019, and a Master's of Science in Energy Economics from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in 2021. He was born on June 8, 1979.
He served as Deputy Minister of Energy in the John Mahama administration and is currently a member of Ghana's Parliament, representing the Yapei Kusawgu Constituency for the National Democratic Congress.
