Early life and education
Joe Beecham was born in Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana. He attended St. John's School, Sekondi, for his secondary education and later enrolled in Takoradi Technical University, located in the Western region of Ghana. Eventually, he followed God's calling to enter into ministry.

Music career
In 1998, he made his debut in the music industry with the launch of his first album titled 'M'asem bi.' Following that, he went on to release four more albums consecutively.

Joe Beecham and the "Spirit of One"
Rev. Charlie Sam led the Takoradi-based group called Spirit of One, conducting ministrations in schools and winning souls in the Western Region and nearby areas, while also receiving invitations to perform in churches, conferences, and programmes. During his time with the group, Joe Beecham collaborated with them, and their album 'M'asem bi,' released in 1998, featured several hit songs like 'M’asem bi' [Asem bia mi kakyere wo] and 'Se Me kae a,' gaining significant popularity on radio.

Launch of Ministry
After a period of musical inactivity, on March 4, 2015, Joe Beecham launched "Joe Beecham Ministries" (JBM) with a mission to spread hope and righteousness through anointed music and worship, while also organizing young people to reach out to villages and spread the word through praise-and-worship workshops.

Beecham serves as a pastor and choir leader at the Holy Fire Ministries located in Takoradi.
