Jimmy Gomez

Jimmy Gomez was elected to the California State Assembly for the 51st district on November 2, 2010. Before his election, he worked as a legislative director for the United Nurses Associations of California. In the Assembly, he served as the Chair of the Assembly Appropriations Committee and was known for his advocacy in labor relations, healthcare, and environmental policy.
