Inusah Abdulai Bistav Fuseini is a Ghanaian lawyer and politician.
Inusah Abdulai Bistav Fuseini was born on 23 January 1962
He was a senior associate at the Law Trust Company and received teacher certification. He completed undergraduate studies in law at Bagabaga Training College and holds a legal master's degree.
He was elected to the legislature after Wayo Seini left the NDC for the New Patriotic Party. On April 4, 2006, this brought to a by-election in the Tamale Central constituency. The race was won by Fuseini with a 17,502 vote margin. With 66% of the total votes cast in the Ghanaian general election of December 2008,66% in the general election of December 2012, and 59.81% in the general election of 2016, he was able to retain his seat.
He served as Deputy Minister for Energy from 2009 to 2012, Minister for Land and Natural Resources from 2012 to 2013, and Minister for Roads from 2013 to 2017.
He and Moses Asaga have been accused of corruption following a report by the UK-based think tank, the Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), which implicated several former appointees of the Mahama administration.
He is a Muslim ans married to Abiba Fuseini and has children.
