Great Ampong

In 1996, he arrived in Accra with aspirations of pursuing a soccer career, starting as a hustler. Prior to that, he had been involved in galamsey activities in Tarkwa. In Accra, he took on a variety of jobs, including selling the Daily Graphic newspaper while perching in a kiosk located in North Kaneshie.

Great Ampong, a God-fearing young man who initially engaged in booking binding and received support from Mr. Christopher Quason, transitioned into song ministration at North Kaneshie SDA Church and various significant events, and later encouraged his colleagues Cee and Isaac to pursue their own music; since 1996, he has been actively involved in music and has released numerous hit songs, including "Jordan," "Osofoo Kasa," and the particularly popular "Hossana," which was predicted to be a hit song by Bandex.

Having garnered numerous nominations for the Ghana Music Awards, he achieved a notable victory in 2008 by winning the esteemed Best Collaboration of the Year award.

Great Ampong, is in a marital union and has been graced with the joy of raising three children.
