Gifty Klenam, a Ghanaian politician, served as the Member of Parliament for Lower West Akim in the Eastern Region of Ghana during the 5th Parliament of the 4th Republic.
Born on July 12th, 1970, Klenam She is a native of Asamankese in Ghana's Eastern Region. In 2008, she graduated from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration with a diploma in administrative management.
Gifty Klenam is an industrialist, a farmer, and a former chief executive officer of the Pokuase-based Sunharvest Company Limited before she was elected to the legislature.She is now the Ghana Export Promotion Authority's chairperson.
Klenam is a New Patriotic Party member.She was initially chosen as a member of parliament in the 2008 Ghanaian general elections to represent the Lower West Akim Constituency, and she took office on January 7, 2009. She was re-elected in the general elections of 2012; however, she was unable to run in the general elections of Ghana in 2016 because she lost the 2015 primary to Eyiah Kyei-Baffour.
Klenam has two kids and is married.[3] She attends the International Central Gospel Church as a member of the Christian faith.She has attended services at the Salvation Gate Chapel as well
