George, originally from Senya Beraku in Ghana's Central Region, was born on April 27, 1970. He attended Achimota School for his secondary education and later enrolled at KNUST, where he pursued a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Additionally, George obtained an MBA in marketing from the University of Ghana Business School.

Additionally, George served as the Chief Operating Officer at Glo Mobile Ghana and the Regional Director of Marketing Promotions at Globacom, overseeing operations in multiple countries.
