Felicia Adjei is a Ghanaian MP representing the Kintampo South Constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.

Anyima Adjei was born in the Brong Ahafo Region. She attended Kintampo Methodist School for her early education.She graduated from the Adventist Vocational Institution, which is now the Techiman Campus of Valley View University, with an advanced diploma in catering, food, and nutrition.She also has a diploma in cooking for the Catering Industry from what was formerly Sunyani Polytechnic.
Following her tenure at the Catering Guest House in Sunyani, she decided to temporarily move to the United States.Eventually, she returned to Addfal FA Limited, taking on the role of managing director. Additionally, she took the initiative to establish the Felicia Adjei Foundation, which aims to empower women through job training, foster youth development through education and sports, promote farming practices, assist individuals with physical disabilities, provide healthcare support, and contribute to other forms of community development.
She is a National Democratic Congress member. She won the 2016 parliamentary elections to represent the Kintampo South Constituency. Gyan Alexander of the New Patriotic Party was her opponent, and he received 14,210 votes, or 48.21% of the vote, to her 15,266 votes, or 51.79%.She participated on the communications, gender, and children committees during the seventh parliament.
She is single and has one daughter. Felicia is a Christian.
