Ernestina Naadu Mills is a Ghanaian educator and former First Lady of Ghana. She was the wife of former Ghanaian president John Atta Mills, and is the recipient of a Humanitarian award from the Health Legend Foundation. She was also the Second Lady of Ghana from 1996 to 2001.

Additionally, she served as the Director of Education in the Greater Accra Region, collaborating with other directors to oversee the teaching and learning process in the region's schools.

Ernestina Naadu Mills served as the Second Lady of Ghana from January 1996 to January 2001, actively promoting girl child education, early childhood development, education for the underprivileged, and working with the elderly in society during her husband's vice presidency, and later became the First Lady of Ghana from January 2009 to July 2012, where she continued to advocate for improving education for underprivileged children and enhancing girl child education while initiating projects like the Free School Uniform initiative and the Foundation for Child Education Ghana. Additionally, she participated in youth development conferences and launched the SHS Students' Bible Project to promote spiritual and moral values among Ghanaian youth.

Ernestina Naadu Mills received an honorary doctorate degree from Goodwin College in Connecticut, USA, in July 2011, in recognition of her dedication to improving education for underprivileged children and promoting girl child education in Ghana, and she was also honored with an Eagle Award from the Health Legend Foundation in October 2014 for her contributions to the health sector during her tenure as First and Second Lady of Ghana.
