Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi is a Ghanaian politician who previously served as the deputy Eastern Regional Minister.
Terlabi was born in 1963. He is a native of the Ghanaian town of Odumase-krobo in the Eastern Region He enrolled at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he graduated in 2000 with a Master of Philosophy in biochemistry.
Terlabi is a National Democratic Congress (NDC) participant. He ran for and won the Lower Manya Krobo seat in 2012 on the NDC ticket for the sixth parliament of the fourth republic.
He was a Lecturer in Biochemistry and a former Deputy Easter Regional Minister.
