Dr. Felix Anyah is an entrepreneur and the CEO of the Holy Trinity Medical Centre.
Dr. Felix Anyah was born on November 29, 1950, into a working-class family of faith healers who practice Christianity rather than conventional medicine. Gamesu, which translates to "the one who ends worries and brings comfort," was given to him. His last name, Anyah, stands for unwavering honesty.
When he narrowly avoided death from acute pneumonia and was taken from his parents by his grandaunt, who treated him with conventional medicine, his original career goal of being a lawyer was changed to becoming a doctor.
Dr. Anyah used the WHO definition of health, which is "a state of physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing and not only absence of disease," to win a landmark case in medical law against the Government of Ghana (Value Added Tax) on the payment of VAT by his novel Health SPA.
