Dr. Emmanuel Steve Asare Manteaw is a policy analyst and a communication strategist.
Dr. Manteaw is well-versed in West African extractive industry regulations and has significant experience with the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI).
He participates in a number of national boards and committees, including the Multi-Stakeholder Steering Committee of the Ghana Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (GHEITI), which he co-chairs. Additionally, he serves as Co-Chair of the Public-Sector Reform Secretariat's Open Governance Partnership (OGP) National Steering Committee.
He has 20 years of experience with the Integrated Social Development Center (ISODEC).
A rights-based public policy research and advocacy group founded in Ghana called ISODEC also has affiliates in Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Senegal, Mali, Sierra Leone, and Niger. Extractive sector policy research and analysis, revenue and expenditure tracking, rights protection, tool development, and training are a few of the major issues that ISODEC works on.
