Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe-Ghansah was born in Big Ada, Greater Accra Region on November 3, 1967.
In 1983, she earned a Diploma in Stenography from the Royal Academy of Accounting in Accra. Additionally, in 2011, she obtained a certificate in Radio and TV Presentation from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, highlighting her versatile skill set.
Cudjoe-Ghansah's political journey began with her election as a Member of Parliament for Ada constituency, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
In January 2013, she was appointed as the Minister of State for Social and Allied Institutions in the Ghanaian government by then-President John Dramani Mahama. Her dedication to this role was evident as she worked diligently to improve social services and allied institutions for the people of Ghana.
Cudjoe-Ghansah's political career has been marked by success. In the 2016 Ghanaian general elections, she contested and won the National Democratic Congress parliamentary seat for Ada Constituency in the Greater Accra Region.
Comfort continued to maintain her seat in Parliament in the 2020 elections, securing 27,591 votes, which represented 82.14 percent of the votes cast for the Ada seat.
Cudjoe-Ghansah is an active participant in various parliamentary committees, notably the Gender and Children Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee.
