Early life and education

He attended Holy Family College/Baptist High School for secondary education, pursued Mass Communication at the Institute of Management Technology, obtained a BSc in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Port Harcourt in 1989, and later earned a Masters in Preventive and Social Medicine from Buckingham University, London in 2010.

Movie career

Ohameze, a member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, took a hiatus from acting from 2006 to 2010 for other endeavors, including politics, but later resumed his movie career, starring in the acclaimed film "Ije: The Journey" in 2010 alongside Genevieve Nnaji and Omotola Jalade Ekeinde.

Political involvement

Ohameze initially ran for election in Nigeria's Federal House of Representatives in 2007 but withdrew due to threats to his life after his car was attacked and his cousin was fatally shot, leading him to relocate to London; he had plans to run for an elective position in the 2015 general elections.
