Early life and education

Okoye was born in Kaduna, grew up with her family including her parents and siblings, Godwin, Sam, Gloria, Christian, and Victoria Okoye, and attended Faith Nursery and Primary school in Kaduna state, Christ the King Seminary in Nnobi Anambra State, and later studied history and strategic at the University of Lagos (Unilag).

Career

Okoye's acting journey began when her uncle, Pete Edochie, introduced her to acting on a movie set, and she gained prominence with her roles in "No Shaking" and "Nothing Spoil" alongside notable actors like Victor Osuagwu, Sam Loco Efe, Chinedu Ikedieze, Osita Iheme, and Uche Ogbuagu, and later gained further recognition for her own production, "Aso-Ebi Girls," followed by increased fame after the release of "Abuja Connection" in 2003.
