Early life and education
Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, completed his secondary education at Accra Academy. He furthered his studies at the University of Ghana Business School, earning a Diploma in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central University. In 2015, he successfully obtained an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (ALTIS) and the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT).

Awards
He achieved several notable awards, including Best Radio Personality and Radio Late Afternoon Show Host of the Year at the RTP Awards in 2015, being ranked as the 2nd Most Influential Personality and winning the GUBA Media and Entertainment Award in the same year. He was also honored as the Man of the Year in Communication at the Exclusive Men of the Year (EMY) Awards in 2016, recognized as the Individual Philanthropist of the Year in 2017, and received the title of RTP Personality of the Decade 2010-2020 at the Radio and Television Personalities Awards. Furthermore, he earned the Duke of Edinburgh award in 2019 and served as the 1st Vice-Chair of the India-Africa Trade Council in 2021.

Career
After hosting shows such as Top City Jam and Top of the Pops on BBC Radio, he joined Joy FM as the host of the Drive Time Show for 11 years, while also co-hosting the live musical show Music Music on TV3. He later co-founded the EIB Network Group and became its CEO, acquiring GHOne Television and several Ghanaian radio stations, and went on to host Starr Chat on Starr FM and Revealed With Bola Ray on GHOne Television, featuring interviews with political figures, businessmen, clergy, ambassadors, and academics.

Bola Ray and Dorcas Adisi are a married couple who have been blessed with two sons named Pharrel and Marcel, as well as a daughter.
