Berla Mundi's media career began as the second runner-up in the 2010 Miss Malaika beauty pageant. After five years with GHOne TV, she currently works with TV3 Ghana. She has hosted reality shows, corporate events, and Africa's first syndicated show on DSTV, Moment with MO.

On her birthday, a man knelt down on the premises of TV3 to propose to the TV star Berla Mundi. The gentleman seemed to have paid a visit to the media personality at her workplace and brought along several gifts, including a car.

Berla Mundi received several accolades for her exceptional work, including winning the Best Female Events MC at the Ghana Events Awards (2017) and the TV Female Entertainment Show Host of the Year at the RTP Awards (2018). She was also recognized as the Favorite TV Presenter at the People's Choice Celebrity Awards (2017) and received the Media Personality of the Year at the Glitz Style Awards (2018). Furthermore, she was honored as the Most Influential Media Personality by Avance Media (2020) and received the Ghana Woman of the Year - Young Star Award (2020), At the 8th EMY Africa Awards, Berla Mundi was recognized and honored with the Young Achiever (Female) Award (2023). Additionally, she serves as a TVET Ambassador.
