Ben Abdallah Banda's roots lie in Abofour-Offinso, a town in the Ashanti Region, where he was born on August 15, 1971.
His educational journey began at the University of Ghana, where he pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Law degree in 1998. On February 15, 2023, President Akufo-Addo further acknowledged Banda's capabilities by appointing him as the Chairman of the Hajj Board.
