Early life and Education
He is from the Ashanti Region, namely Nsuta Mampong. Arthur obtained his GCE Ordinary Level diploma from Abuakwa State College and his GCE Advanced Level diploma from Accra Academy.
Memer of Parliament
From 2013 until 2017, he served as the New Patriotic Party's representative for the Greater Accra Region's Okaikwei South Constituency.
Employment
He is the managing director of Ackwell Enterprise and contracts.

Mr Arthur, a Christian married with three children.
