Anthony Nsiah-Asare is a Ghanaian medical officer, academic, and health management expert.
Prior to his current job, Anthony Nsiah-Asare held senior managerial positions for more than 36 years in the health industry
The former CEO of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) also served as the institution's consultant general surgeon. Dr. Nsiah-Asare worked part-time as a clinical anatomy lecturer at the University for Development Studies (UDS), School of Medical Sciences, Tamale, between 1997 and 2001.
He has also served as a surgical specialist at the Tamale Teaching Hospital and the St. Patrick Hospital in Offinso-Ashanti.
He has about forty years of experience working in the Ghanaian health industry, holding numerous management positions. He was the Ghana Health Service's Director General. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party and Nana Akufo-Addo's presidential health advisor at the moment.
