After receiving his master's degree in arts in economics from the University of Exeter, Abu-Bakar Saddique Boniface attended the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Abu-Bakar Saddique Boniface works as a civil servant and economist.
Abu-Bakar Saddique Boniface, a member of the New Patriotic Party, was elected to the 3rd parliament of the 4th parliament in 2000 with a majority of 1821 votes. He was also elected to the 4th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana in the 2004 general election for the Salaga constituency.
He served as the Manpower, Youth, and Employment Minister. Boniface began serving as a cabinet minister in the Ministry of Water Resources, Public Works, and Housing in August 2007.
